5 reasons to wake up at 4:30 am

It gets you up before the sun is up. You can sit in your bed or lie down but just get your body used to wake up early. Use the facilities, and get your coffee ready. Brush your teeth and wash your face. Make your bed and like me get in a 25 min exercise. Get ready to start your day whether it's getting your little ones off to school so you have to make them breakfast and lunch before they get up. Now you have time to meditate in the morning, which I recently started doing, and it helps. Set timers on your phone so you can get used to doing everything by a set time. Take out tonight's dinner so nothing has to thaw out later on and you will get discouraged and call it off and by the time you know it you're putting fast food where you don't know what they put in there in your body making you unhealthy.

Bite the bullet the first day (figure of speech) and it will become second nature to you. I personally have a focus to-do app on my phone and it sets timers for me and gives me ample time to do everything I want to be done for that day.

It really works

Plan plan plan some more

You can NEVER do enough planning. And leave room for errors. Because no one is perfect or excepts you to be. We all fall short sometimes, but we as moms have to roll with the punches and keep it moving. Whether you have a significant other or not because your babies depend on you and if you do not have a child your MENTAL HEALTH depends on you. We need you to be well. I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety but I can NOT let my mind take control of my day. God woke me up to see a new day and I WILL NOT disappoint him.

Did not know I suffered from depression, did you? But I am very vocal about what is going on in my life. I'm a Capricorn so I tend to be strong-willed downright stubborn and want things done my way, how is that a problem lol. Oh, and I have Lupus and a slew of other stuff going on so being picky is not bad at all.

“If you did NOT succedd in getting out of bed today, there is always tomorrow.”

Try not to put so much on your plate. We all do things at our own pace. No one is rushing you. No one

else is in your shoes but you. Take your time you will get there. You used the bathroom, win. You made yourself something to eat, win. Did not do your hair, it's ok. Did not bathe, it's ok. There is NO set time for healing. But one thing that I will ask you is to NEVER GIVE UP. Because even though I do not know you, you mean something to me. I can sit here and sulk about a lot of things. Like any other person, I am battling my demons one day at a time. I am here for you whether you believe me or not, I am.

Pick your head up sweetheart YOUR CROWN IS FALLING!!! Love you lots - Bells
